SYSCONNECT - IT Channel Partner of the Month

SYSCONNECT is Partner of the Month in the September 2026 issue of IT Channel (no. 130). In the interview, Managing Director Miguel Soares reviews a decade of activity and sets out the priorities for the years ahead.

The article covers the company's three lines of business, value-added reselling, managed services and security services, and the close customer relationship ensured by teams specialised by technology area. It also highlights the 2025 satisfaction survey of customers with more than one year of relationship: CSAT of 4.75 out of 5 and NPS of 85, with no negative ratings.

The interview also features artificial intelligence running on the customer's own infrastructure, with fully offline inference and no data leaving for the cloud. Miguel Soares describes it as a "growth vector" set to shape the next decade, alongside managed services and cybersecurity.
